Jim was very good at communicating and keeping me up on the progress of the refi. I felt however that it took a very long time to finally close. I had friends who refinanced that started after me and finished before me. There were some forms that were requested at least three times; forms where the information had not changed since the first request of them. This was my first time refinancing, and I was definitely educated about the process.
Bob was very thorough, transparent and was never in a hurry. It was a pleasure to work with him.
