It’s my impression that every interaction with MB our went smoothly and certainly met expectations. After that point, the errors and the miscommunications, similar to our first refi, began. Our processor asked for documents we had already signed, couldn’t locate info we requested, gave us erroneous guidance with respect to the title company and couldn’t provide us closing documen
