Overall, Anthony and team were great to work with - very responsive and professional. My big complaint is the issue with the appraiser/appraisal. The appraiser was selected by NJ Lenders. The initial appraisal contained many errors. It took 2+ weeks to resolve because the appraiser was unresponsive. Eventually, the new appraisal came in $44k higher than the original report! NJL should do better at vetting appraisers so other clients don't have similar headaches. It can affect if someone pays PMI
Nick and his team, were very receptive and very oriented to details. This helped so their were no surprises. In many cases they were more on top of things contained in the contract than was my attorney! They always kept me in the loop as to what was needed and when.

The key to making the experience great was the communication from Joe and Jenni. They made clear what was needed from me and reached out to provide me comfort as the mortgage commitment was late and the closing document was snug. I understood that there are a tremendous number of financings taking place, and through a very late night prior to the closing date, the mortgage approvals were completed. As I indicated, overall the communication and commitment were appreciated.

Ryan and staff were very professional and easy to work with. Due to volume of re-finances, the process took longer than expected but I understood that. I would definitely work with Ryan again.
We had to send repeated statements that we had previously been submitted, especially my current pay stubs. It was frustrating since the process kept getting delayed. Robert was just doing his job so I understand the delay was elsewhere in the process.
