The beginning of our experience was a bit overwhelming, needed to remind a few times we are first time buyers and needed a bit of compassion through the offering process. We also went to closing and we’re told we needed more money since some things weren’t added to the documents and the esquire didn’t get the final paperwork til that morning. She had no time to review the changes. We had no time to discuss or even be aware of what the money that was added was. Just seemed a bit unprofessional. Jess and Terry were amazing! Very accommodating. For first time buyers we expected a little more.
