I liked the constant communication and rapid responses. If I had questions they were always explained in detail and was told exactly what was needed. I think the app is a great tool, it shows you where you stand, which steps are next, what occurs during the step you’re on and a great way of keeping track what’s needed and what you’ve submitted.
