I’m very happy with how the entire refinance process was handled by Chris and his team. I was getting prompt responses for all my questions and regular communication on where we are with the loan application. The app was very handy to upload documents although I suggest some tweaks as it is bit confusing sometimes. For example certain documents were requested via email and sent but not all of them posted in the documents repository. Other than that it was a great pleasure working with all.

I am a first time home buyer, and I am pretty sure that my file was one of the most stressful for Chris. Took 4 months to close. But we finally did it Chris! We bought a multifamily home on and FHA 203k loan... To say it was complex is a massive understatement. Chris and everyone at NJ Lenders were super helpful though and never gave up even though there were a couple of times that I wanted to. We are now renovating the house and so far so good... We are looking forward to move in day!
