Joe was very easy to work with and made the process simple to follow and was very informative.
Chris and his staff provided service. The problem was that every time I submitted Tax returns , there were questions, letters and more documentation requested. Process took too long! I have an 840 credit rating and the process for people like me should be simpler and faster. Keep the process the same for people with marginal-poor credit and don't punish people like me for their short comings!
