What made my experience so great was the excellent customer service I received from Angelo and his team. Angelo took the time to explain the whole loan process. Called each time I received an estimate or disclosure to explain every item in detailed and to ask if I had any questions. He made this process painless, and smooth. He also got me a lower rate than what we had initially discussed, saving me more money in my monthly payments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future home loan needs.

I haven't dealt with a mortgage in a decade, but this process seemed fairly smooth and clearly easier in these days of digital delivery, the ability to scan and upload documents, and e-mail. While the amount and subject matter of the documents needed seemed slightly excessive, perhaps that is what is required in this era. The flexibility of scheduling the closing was welcomed and though I was still waiting for final estimates, etc. on the closing date, everything was done on the promised date.
