Prompt response from Chris for all emails and messages. On time response from a Mortgage Officer is key to customers to act accordingly. Chris did his best on this. Closed the loan with all discounts whatever he offered during the rate lock. Closed the loan in a reasonable time during COVID19 situation. Thanks Chris.

In general great experience. The only negative was.not getting the final Closing numbers until the night before closing. It would have been nice to have more time to review them.

The time between reviewing documents and asking more informations took too long, it could be reduced if they asked it up front as a regular documentation at one time.
