It was a difficult time. Between COVID and the huge number of refis, it would have been difficult for anyone to give us excellent service. But Chris didn’t respond to emails and calls in the last couple of days before we closed, and it caused a lot of stress and confusion.
Matt was great and the limited exposure I had with a couple other NJL folks with email was all good. Matt was very professional where it matters, able to explain the high level as well as answer detailed questions clearly and also lots of fun talking about other interests. The kind of person you'd enjoy having as a friend in addition to someone to work the mortgage part.
