Lee was tremendously responsive. This was our first home purchase and Lee was helpful throughout (Feb - May). He took time to explain the process and was very quick to produce comparative numbers for different properties and rates when we were actively looking at properties. When we finally made an offer, the rates jumped up (it was at the very beginning of COVID). So, we floated the rate, and he kept track daily to get us the best rate.
