It was more than ok but you didn't have a 'good' on your scale. Anyway, the process was good but the communication could've been better. There were times when we were left in the dark. Overall it is great experience. They got thing done in time, provided a great rate, and offer good advice. Really appreciate the work. Only thing is if they can provide prompt response to our questions and provide some update occasionally so we know where the process is.

Mark is a great lender. We were able to close on time and he was always available to answer our questions; even on weekends, although this is busiest time for lenders. He worked with us through various scenarios and options that would be most suitable for us, he provided us a great rate. If you’re buying/refinance a home, you need Mark Veech.
