The communication was AMAZING as the response time was always pretty immediate! The answers were also pretty detailed as I had questions along the way with being a first time home buyer which made things pretty seamless. Mike, Joe and Sue all played their roles and I couldn't of asked for a better team to take care of my mortgage and have already started to recommend to my friends that are also in the market!
I provided all the required paperwork in Sep. & didn't hear anything for 1+ mo. On Oct 26, I was asked for extra docs - I provided ASAP. On Nov 16, you asked for my wife's id and details on Nov 16. Finally on Dec 2, I was asked for a whole new bunch of docs. I get it that every1 is refinancing bc. of low rates & the pandemic is affecting the industry's ability to process stuff as fast as before, but I just don't get that it takes 3 mo. to realize there was missing info in the Sep. submission.
