Chris Gallo is somebody whom I would definitely recommend to all my friends. But the overall experience was not so pleasant due to the delay it took for the entire process. I had filed my refinance application in Aug 2020 and finally got my closing done on 01/15/2021, after several followups. Some friends whom I had already red referred got their closing done way earlier than mine. I was made to wait indefinitely without any proper reasoning or explanation.
Throughout the process, Stephanie made me feel more like family and less like a client! There just aren’t enough “stars”and a rating of “10” just isn’t enough to capture the quality of my total loan experience. Stephanie was beyond amazing throughout my loan process and my family truly appreciate the level of her professionalism and the speed in which my loan was completed!!

Sandy was a great loan officer! She is diligent and straight forward. There were no hidden agendas and if there were any issues she would notify us immediately. She always responded on time even after working hours! We had a few issues with the appraisal price and seller and were so relieved that Sandy was able to arrange closing quickly.
