It take very long to complete the process. It will be helpful if closing on refinance can be done in a month or so.
Michael and the team at NJ Lenders were incredibly responsive during this very quick mortgage experience. We had started with our original lender back in October of 2020 to do this remortgage, thinking it would be the fastest turnaround since they owned the existing mortgage. After 3 months of stops and starts they just couldn't get out of their own way and used every excuse in the book for delays. We then went to NJ Lenders and Michael and team closed within 30 days. 30 DAYS!
