Easy to reach Caitlyn at any time. Follow up from whole team was very good although it could have been a little easier to discuss the specifics of the numbers on the disclosure updates directly with Diane. There was one disclosure that was sent that seemed to note $6k was due from our side which was a big jump. In the end, that was something the seller needed to cover, but the disclosure was a bit confusing on that point and Caitlyn was pretty sure we wouldn't need to pay it, but it would have been nice to get a hard confirmation on that before rerouting additional funds.
Brian and Lissett were amazing. Very communicative, very helpful and both of them made it their duty to keep me in the loop of knowing. Brian and Lissett both made sure they were in contact with my brother and I as we were in the process of purchasing our new home .
