The process was quick and not too complicated.
My information was leaked by NJ LENDERS and not one person owned up to the mistake and took accountability. The last minute changes regarding a 3% down payment to a 10% down payment were un appreciated as well. Kevin was great but the rest of the staff needs more training. The signing date was also delayed due to a lack of communication between departments, that last minute change in signing really caused a lot of problems for my wife and I. Kevin did great everyone else, not so much.
Luke was exceptionally helpful and got the job done with minimal to no stress for the client. Would highly recommend!
