One day prior to closing we were told we were $11K short. Seemed strange that our mortgage processor lost track of details on the house price adjustment and deposit and gave us a scare. Felt like unnecessary stress. We also were told details of our closing costs 30 minutes after our planned closing time. We understand it was also going back and forth with the title company, but was definitely still frustrating.
Walter was so easy to work, extremely responsive and patient. He always took time to answers all of our questions. We have a great experience working with Walter and we would definitely refer him to others!
