The staff are all good. It feels like a bare-bones operation in terms of how you're explaining the process. This is the first time I've done a full-blown mortgage like this, so a lot of this was mysterious to me, and NJ Lenders doesn't give much written material laying out the timeline, etc. I was often worried we were falling behind. But Mike and Mark both answered my questions verbally very helpfully.
