Service was generally good, Josh is always willing to help. There were differences of opinion between Josh and Steve, and that made us feel uncomfortable. Also, the initial explanations could be better. Josh and Steve should remember that as clients, we have little knowledge and experience in the lending/housing business. Eventually, it all worked out well, so we're pleased.
