The fact that this is my second time using Howard at NJ lenders as my mortgage lender should say it all. At a time when the market is not the best for buyers and there are a lot of uncertainty Howard went above and beyond to get me to my dream house. He is very competent and knowledgeable in what he does. He was always available to answer any questions I had which helped to calm my nerve when I got very anxious about the process. I appreciate that he didn't make it seems like it was all about business; he was very approachable and acknowledge all my concerns.
