It was not easy to reach out to Chris sometimes I tried to reach out to him. I wanted the down payment assistance with my loan, but it didn't work out. I understand my loan was not easy, and I appreciate all the service that Chris and his team have provided.
I was referred to Fabio late in the buying process due to concerns over the lender I was working with. The deal I had just didn't make sense and I was reconsidering buying. Within one conversation with Fabio, I was able to resolve all my concerns and got rates far more favorable than what I was finding with other lenders. Fabio and his team were quick to respond to all my questions during the buying process and were always happy to jump on a call to help explain anything I needed. I closed on my house yesterday and it was largely due to the help/guidance that Fabio provided. I cannot recommend Fabio and his team highly enough.
