Richard was AWESOME! He knows his s*** and gets right to the point without emotion. The entire staff and backing he has is top notch. I have purchased several homes in the past and this was by far the only pleasurable experience I have ever had! You always dread getting a mortgage bc of all the red tape and hoops you have to jump through...Richard was easy going and a matter of fact which is extremely important to me...not once did he promise anything, he just gave the facts.
