This being our first home, we were unsure of the process and what it would cost. Charles was extremely informative and laid out several options regarding down payment / retaining some monies for renovations, etc. if it wasn’t for the insight, we might have put a higher down payment and wouldn’t have cash to make the house livable. Charles was also upfront about closing costs, which would have come as a major surprise if he hadn’t.
