I really enjoyed working with Chris. Anytime something came up, he was available & communicated very well. The experience with our processor was not the same. She was consistently disorganized, had a poor tone even through email communication & was overly curt. The portal that we used was never up to date & didn't reflect what was needed from us after the initial use. All in all, other than our experience with Chris, it was a very frustrating process.
