Sandy was great and had excellent communication, but the process with the lender was extremely stressful, rushed and demanding. I was given very little time to gather documentation and was requested documents sometimes be returned on the same day. This was extremely inconvenient and stressful. If NJ Lenders knew these documents would be needed prior to closing, why did they wait until two business days days before to request them? Very stressful experience. Luckily Sandy responded quickly.
