Sandy was a pleasure to work with. House hunting can be a daunting experience and Sandy was with us every step of the way, making things so much easier.
I would send an email, and receive almost immediate responses back, would call her and receive a phone call back shortly thereafter. We provided her with paperwork to copy and our copies would be back to us the very next day. We absolutely would recommend Sandy and her team again.

Sandy was great and had excellent communication, but the process with the lender was extremely stressful, rushed and demanding. I was given very little time to gather documentation and was requested documents sometimes be returned on the same day. This was extremely inconvenient and stressful. If NJ Lenders knew these documents would be needed prior to closing, why did they wait until two business days days before to request them? Very stressful experience. Luckily Sandy responded quickly.
